Day 1 — Power Platform Foundations

•⁠ ⁠Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse (what they are and when to use them)
•⁠ ⁠Demo: simple Canvas App overview
•⁠ ⁠Setup: environment access and expectations

Day 2 — Power Apps (Build + Share)
60 minutes
•⁠ ⁠Canvas Apps basics (screens, controls, formulas)
•⁠ ⁠Guided demo: build a simple app
•⁠ ⁠Participant share-back: what they built
•⁠ ⁠Group discussion: blockers and confusion points

Day 3 — Automation + Reflection
60 minutes
•⁠ ⁠Power Automate fundamentals
•⁠ ⁠Demo: basic flow (trigger → action)
•⁠ ⁠Participant demos (voluntary)
•⁠ ⁠Open discussion: struggles, fixes, next steps
